At Precious Mementos By Sharna, every keepsake is custom-made with care. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@preciousmementosbysharna.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review your case and work with you to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As all our jewellery and keepsakes are custom-made or personalised, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, but this does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.
Refunds for Defective Products
If your return is approved due to a defect or damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@preciousmementosbysharna.co.uk.
Return Address
If requested to return a defective item, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
