Where We Ship
We proudly ship throughout the UK from our studio in Solihull, England.
Turnaround Time
All keepsakes are individually made to order.
Once we receive your inclusions, your piece will enter our crafting schedule.
• Standard Creation: estimated 3 weeks from the day we receive your inclusions
• Priority Creation Upgrade: 5-7 working days from receipt of inclusions
These timeframes allow us to carefully craft, cure and finish your keepsake to the highest standard.
Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
All parcels are sent via a fully tracked, next working day delivery service for complete peace of mind.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
