This store is powered by Shopify, enabling us to provide a secure and seamless shopping experience.

When you place an order, it is considered an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted once payment has been processed and confirmed.

We may refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

You agree to provide up-to-date billing and shipping information. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable, but exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK but we may be able to ship to select countries. Please contact us with your query. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Turnaround for handcrafted keepsakes begins once we receive your inclusions and payment, with a current estimated production time of approximately 3 weeks from receipt of all materials.

5. Returns & Refunds

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted where required by law or in accordance with our policy.
