How much material do I need to send?
We only require a very small amount.
• Approximately 1 teaspoon of ashes (around the size of a sugar sachet)
• A small lock of hair
• 10–15ml of breastmilk
• A small piece of fabric or petals (around the size of your thumbnail)
Only a tiny portion is used within your piece. Any unused material will always be carefully returned to you.
When should I send my materials?
You don’t need to have your materials ready before placing your order.
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure, carefully prepared collection kit within 3–5 working days. Simply return your materials using your chosen courier. We recommend you pay for special delivery for your peace of mind.
How long does it take?
Our current estimated turnaround time is 5 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.
Each piece is individually sourced and handcrafted then carefully cured to ensure lasting quality with a final polishing and perfect finish, this does take time.
Each piece is individually handcrafted with care and intention. We never rush the process, your keepsake deserves the time and attention it requires.
This may require more time than the estimated turnaround but we will notify you if this is the case and do our best to expedite your order where requested.
How are my materials kept safe?
Your materials are treated with the utmost care and respect at every stage.
Each inclusion is handled separately in sealed, clearly labelled containers. We photograph materials upon arrival, maintain detailed records, and work in a dedicated, clean studio environment.
Any unused material is carefully returned to you alongside your finished piece.
Can I include more than one person or pet in the same piece?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

I brought the wishbone ring with my dad’s ashes to go with the other ring containing my mums ashes. Both rings were done by Sharna who helped me choose the most suitable for what I wanted. I wanted separate rings but ones that could be worn together. I had no idea of what to choose but Sharna very patiently sat and advised and helped me for a very long time! Even when I was changing my mind about the colours. I am so pleased with my rings and the quality, service and thoughtfulness provided by Sharna. You really can’t go wrong.
I contacted Sharna regarding a ring I’d already had containing my mums ashes that was brought from another company. It was very bulky so not worn. Sharna advised she could transfer the ashes to a new ring. I was lucky enough to be able to visit Sharna in person and she sat with me for ages going through different designs. She was so patient!! The ring I chose is absolutely beautiful and without speaking to Sharna and trying on so many different ones I would probably never have chosen this one on line but oh I’m so glad I did! It goes beautifully with a wishbone style ring of my dad’s ashes, all chosen with the help of Sharna. I can’t recommend this ring or The services of Sharna enough, absolutely fantastic.
I contacted Sharna about a ring for my daughter using her grandfathers ashes. As she lives very close I was able to visit Sharna in person where my daughter was able to look at the pieces in person. My daughter had a necklace containing ashes from her grandmother from another company and it was very bulky so my daughter didn’t wear it. Sharna very kindly said she could take the ashes of my mum from the necklace and put them into the new ring, so my daughter would have her grandparents together. My daughter chose pink for her Nan and blue for her grandad. The end result was beautiful. So many shades of colour to choose from too. It really is a beautiful piece. Thank you.

The ring is exactly as advertised on the website and I had even forgotten to ask for it to be engraved on the inside, so it was a lovely surprise. The ring has my dog's ashes, so I can always carry her with me, wherever I go. The packaging was impeccable and it came with a free gift as well, a little key ring with a mini urn containing some of the ashes too.
