Everything you may wish to know before ordering.
Find gentle guidance and answers to the questions you may have.
A very small amount is all we need.
• Ashes: Around 1 teaspoon
• Hair: A small lock (2–3 inches)
• Fur: A small pinch
• Breastmilk: 10–15ml
• Fabric or petals: A piece roughly the size of a 50p coin
Any unused material is safely returned to you.
You don’t need them ready to place your order.
Order your piece first. We’ll then send you a secure, tracked postal kit with full instructions. Once it arrives, you simply send your materials back to us via your chosen courier.
Our current estimated turnaround time is 5 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.
Each piece is individually sourced and handcrafted then carefully cured to ensure lasting quality with a final polishing and perfect finish, this does take time.
This may require more time than the estimated turnaround but we will notify you if this is the case and do our best to expedite your order where requested.

Materials are handled individually, clearly labelled, securely stored, and documented throughout the process. Any unused portion is returned in a sealed container with your finished keepsake.
Yes. You can choose resin colours, birthstones, placement style, and on selected designs, engraving.

We confirm every detail with you before crafting begins. If there is a genuine issue with workmanship or your order doesn’t match what was agreed, we will put it right.
Your jewellery is water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.
Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight. A full care guide is included with your piece.

From the first message to pick up today, Sharna was so lovely and helped my child through the process of choosing exactly what she wanted. Not only was we able to purchase this with Sharna, she also helped with providing 2 chains, 1 for the ring and a matching longer one to put her ashes pendant on. The little touches that we received upon pickup today too added to how precious Sharna makes these moments and always with love & respect for passed loved ones. I so happy with my ring it bought tears to my eyes when I opened the box. Sharna has made it exactly as I wanted it with my mum's favourite stone (black fire opal) also a free gift of a keyring urn which was a lovely surprise.
