Everything you may wish to know before ordering.

Find gentle guidance and answers to the questions you may have.

A very small amount is all we need.

• Ashes: Around 1 teaspoon
• Hair: A small lock (2–3 inches)
• Fur: A small pinch
• Breastmilk: 10–15ml
• Fabric or petals: A piece roughly the size of a 50p coin

Any unused material is safely returned to you.

You don’t need them ready to place your order.

Order your piece first. We’ll then send you a secure, tracked postal kit with full instructions. Once it arrives, you simply send your materials back to us via your chosen courier.

Our current estimated turnaround time is 5 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.

Each piece is individually sourced and handcrafted then carefully cured to ensure lasting quality with a final polishing and perfect finish, this does take time.

This may require more time than the estimated turnaround but we will notify you if this is the case and do our best to expedite your order where requested.

Your trust means everything to us.

Materials are handled individually, clearly labelled, securely stored, and documented throughout the process. Any unused portion is returned in a sealed container with your finished keepsake.

Yes. You can choose resin colours, birthstones, placement style, and on selected designs, engraving.

Simply leave a note at checkout and we’ll confirm all details before we begin.

We confirm every detail with you before crafting begins. If there is a genuine issue with workmanship or your order doesn’t match what was agreed, we will put it right.

Your jewellery is water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.

Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight. A full care guide is included with your piece.

I contacted Sharna regarding a ring I’d already had containing my mums ashes that was brought from another company. It was very bulky so not worn. Sharna advised she could transfer the ashes to a new ring. I was lucky enough to be able to visit Sharna in person and she sat with me for ages going through different designs. She was so patient!! The ring I chose is absolutely beautiful and without speaking to Sharna and trying on so many different ones I would probably never have chosen this one on line but oh I’m so glad I did! It goes beautifully with a wishbone style ring of my dad’s ashes, all chosen with the help of Sharna. I can’t recommend this ring or The services of Sharna enough, absolutely fantastic.
