A very small amount is all we need.
• Ashes: Around 1 teaspoon
• Hair: A small lock (2–3 inches)
• Fur: A small pinch
• Breastmilk: 10–15ml
• Fabric or petals: A piece roughly the size of a 50p coin
Any unused material is safely returned to you.
You don’t need them ready to place your order.
Order your piece first. We’ll then send you a secure, tracked postal kit with full instructions. Once it arrives, you simply send your materials back using the prepaid label provided.
Our current turnaround time is 7-10 working days from the day we receive your materials.

Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight. A full care guide is included with your piece.
