A very small amount is all we need.
• Ashes: Around 1 teaspoon
• Hair: A small lock (2–3 inches)
• Fur: A small pinch
• Breastmilk: 10–15ml
• Fabric or petals: A piece roughly the size of a 50p coin
Any unused material is safely returned to you.
You don’t need them ready to place your order.
Order your piece first. We’ll then send you a secure, tracked postal kit with full instructions. Once it arrives, you simply send your materials back to us via your chosen courier.
Our current estimated turnaround time is 5 weeks from receipt of your inclusions.
Each piece is individually sourced and handcrafted then carefully cured to ensure lasting quality with a final polishing and perfect finish, this does take time.
This may require more time than the estimated turnaround but we will notify you if this is the case and do our best to expedite your order where requested.

Materials are handled individually, clearly labelled, securely stored, and documented throughout the process. Any unused portion is returned in a sealed container with your finished keepsake.
Yes. You can choose resin colours, birthstones, placement style, and on selected designs, engraving.

We confirm every detail with you before crafting begins. If there is a genuine issue with workmanship or your order doesn’t match what was agreed, we will put it right.
Your jewellery is water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.
Clean gently with a soft cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or prolonged direct sunlight. A full care guide is included with your piece.

The ring is exactly as advertised on the website and I had even forgotten to ask for it to be engraved on the inside, so it was a lovely surprise. The ring has my dog's ashes, so I can always carry her with me, wherever I go. The packaging was impeccable and it came with a free gift as well, a little key ring with a mini urn containing some of the ashes too.
Absolutely fantastic service from Sharna, I spoke with her on the phone and she explained things and gave me the information I needed to make the right choice. I wanted the ring to arrive by a certain date which she said was doable but we had both forgotten there was a bank holiday and royal mail don’t deliver on bank holidays so we weren’t sure if it would arrive on time. Sharna took it upon herself and had it sent by courier and it arrived a day early!!! That’s what I call exceptional above and beyond service. The ring is beautiful and I will treasure it always.
